July

BabyLux was established with “Delight” as our core value. BabyLux stands for Luxury Babies, we expect to share happy parenting time through our luxury products.

November

BabyLux distributed our first brand, an USA originated baby products brand, BabyLux established the foundation to become a professional international distributor since then.


2013

BabyLux expanded our first physical boutique channel in Taiwan, by that time, we collaborated with up to 30 physical boutique baby products stores.


2014

BabyLux collaborated with up to 100 physical baby products boutiques in Taiwan, at the same year, we were also invited by Taiwan's most famous book store - The Eslite Bookstore, to put our baby products on shelf at their every available branch stores in all over Taiwan.


2015

BabyLux stepped out of Taiwan, established overseas channels, set Hong Kong as our first overseas country, having our Hong Kong partner to handle.


2016

BabyLux transformed business from B2C to B2B, responsible for business management in all over Asia for multiple baby products brands, becoming an exclusive international baby products distributor in Asia for innovative baby products brands. Such as Nookums - paci-plushies pacifier (USA brand), Loulou LOLLIPOP - the most hot sale baby teething toys and luxury muslin swaddles (Canadian brand), Grabease - a revolutionary products that promote independence in babies and toddlers (USA brand), Lollacup - infant/toddler goods that are functional and fun (USA brand), Matchstick Monkey - an award winning products in 2019 (UK brand) and so on.

August

BabyLux launched our carried brands in China, grew even deeper and deeper in China by developing tons of sales channels, selling products and having strong relationship with our channels in China.

December

BabyLux launched our carried brands in Singapore. Also we exhibited our very own carried baby products brands in Taiwan International Mom & Baby Products Fair collaborate with our Taiwan retailers.


2017

BabyLux was invited by HKTDC to exhibit in Hong Kong.

November

BabyLux entered the 5th and 6th markets - Japan and South Korea, establishing partnerships and selling on Amazon Japan.

Seeing STEM toys will be the future trend, BabyLux decided to expand not only carry baby products brands, thus we began our toys line. We carried toys brands such as Plus-Plus blocks, Moluk, Moomu blocks etc., and become their exclusive distributor in Asia.


2018

BabyLux firstly entered the 7th market Indonesia, attended IMBEX Indonesia and exhibited our carried brands in Indonesia.

In the same year, we successfully entered Vietnam market and carried one more innovative baby product brands - Dena Toys, a Spain baby product originated brand.

BabyLux exhibited our carried baby products brands in CBME China and we launched www.babylux.asia as our official international website, a big step closer to be an international baby products distributor especially for all Asia's countries.


2019

BabyLux entered the 8th and 9th markets - the Philippines and Thailand. Also successfully bringing Nookums to Singapore market.

In order to support our local resellers, BabyLux make an innovative step, we built a marketing database for all locals, we are providing local resellers with more complete and special marketing resources.

The first wave of COVID-19 pandemic hit us hardly, by then everyone started stay-at-home. Our founder has saw the rising of STEAM toy or you may say educational toy demands on the market, thus ToyBrain has established, a platform which focus on STEAM toy and educational toy brands, see ToyBrain’s offline activities.

2020

BabyLux proudly announce that we became Disney certified partner. We are having Disney x BabyLux collaboration next year. This proves that we have been growth so much during these years. Thanks to all of you!

BabyLux launched our very first collaboration with ABABA which represent by Taiwan KOL 茜茜 育兒生活好好玩, a bag that is perfect for beach time.

September

Our new carried brand, Osmo is for parents looking to grow more than just their children’s academic potential. Osmo help our child build confidence in learning, and life. Osmo merges tactile exploration with innovative technology, actively engaging children in the learning process.

October

2022

During the pandemic, we experienced the rising demand for STEM toys, thus we established our subsidiary, ToyBrain which focuses on STEM toys. We promise to be very selective, we choose only the best from the best baby products, those baby essentials and toys brands whose award-winning International Baby and Children’s are distributed in Taiwan by us and beyond traditional but also online retailers through our partners. We have grown to distribute into 130 physical stores in Taiwan including Eslite.

We believe kids learn more when lessons are hands-on. Carrying new baby product brands and STEM toy brands as well, such as Mamatales from Thailand, Queebi from Denmark, Plafarm from Korea, Cuboro from Swiss.

April

Children’s Day, celebrated annually on April 4, emphasises the importance of future generations and endeavours to promote their general well being. The day features a host of family friendly functions, fun activities and sporting events. This year, BabyLux collaborating with department stores and hotel to celebrate Children’s day.

As we reflect on our journey, we’re thrilled to share a new chapter in our company’s evolution. While we’ve previously worked to expand our reach beyond Taiwan, we’ve decided to redirect our focus back to where we see the most potential — right here at home. With the growing demand for STEM education and new government initiatives to promote STEM programs, we believe this is the perfect time to nurture the development of STEM toys and learning tools in Taiwan. By concentrating our limited resources on Taiwan, we aim to deepen our impact and bring high-quality, innovative products to children and educators, inspiring the next generation of thinkers and creators.

In addition to this renewed focus, our product range is also evolving with us. As our CEO’s son grows, his increasing curiosity and demand for educational resources have inspired us to expand our offerings beyond baby products. We are committed to supporting children’s learning and development at every stage, and our product line will continue to grow to meet those needs. From fostering early childhood education to empowering older kids with STEM-focused tools, we’re excited to embark on this journey of growth, both as a company and as a community.
